Creativity, collaboration, and food science in action! 👩‍🍳🧪📚
Students in Experimental Foods at Seton Hill University recently concluded their semester-long recipe modification projects with professional poster presentations showcasing their work.
Throughout the semester, students modified recipes to meet specific goals while evaluating the impact on texture, flavor, appearance, nutrient composition, and overall acceptability through sensory testing and analysis. Their presentations highlighted the science behind each modification, the challenges they encountered, and the lessons learned through experimentation.
We are incredibly proud of the hard work, problem-solving, and professionalism our students demonstrated throughout this project and presentation experience. Congratulations on a successful semester! 💚✨
