What a PAW-some day we had on Friday, August 21st! 🐾

The Pawsitive Impact Therapy Team came to Oak Hill RHC to spread some puppy love, and our residents had the best time visiting with five furry friends!

A huge thank you to Sage, Gypsy, Wilson, Fanci, Riley, Lauren, the group facilitator, and all of their wonderful handlers for bringing so many smiles, tail wags, and happy moments to our residents!

After the visit, each pup received a homemade dog toy that our residents made for them! 🐶

We are so grateful for the love and joy you shared with us, and we can’t wait to welcome The Pawsitive Impact Therapy Team back to Oak Hill RHC for another amazing visit!

We’re soaking up the sunshine at Oak Hill RHC! ☀️

On Tuesday, we pulled out our sun hats and headed to the patio for a relaxing afternoon of fresh air, warm sunshine, and good company!

What a fun day we had at Oak Hill RHC on Wednesday, August 12th! 🎪☀️

We hosted our first-ever Oak Hill Summer Spectacular, and our residents had an absolute blast! They enjoyed playing several carnival-style games for prizes, testing their luck and skills, and, of course, indulging in some delicious cotton candy and popcorn! 🍿🍭🎟️

What better way to spend a summer day than reliving our childhood with a little carnival fun?!

We loved seeing so many smiles, laughs, and happy memories being made!

What a fantastic week we've had here at Oak Hill RHC!

Our residents traveled across the world during our Armchair Travel adventure to Croatia, got creative by painting and making beautiful crafts, and cooled off with delicious root beer floats in celebration of National Root Beer Float Day! 🍺🍦

We were also treated to wonderful live music by Ricky Howsare, who always brings smiles and great entertainment, and we ended our week on a meaningful note with an uplifting devotional from Cornerstone Ministries. ❤️

A week filled with creativity, laughter, music, fellowship, and sweet memories...we can't wait to see what next week has in store!

Oak Hill RHC had a blast spending some team-building time together floating the Conemaugh River on tubes! ☀️🌊

We also enjoyed a great lunch made by our NHA (who NEVER cooks! 😂)

The food, beautiful views, laughter, and time spent together both in and outside of work help keep this team at its best! 💙

What a wonderful week we've had here at Oak Hill RHC! 💙

Our residents stayed busy making fun crafts, enjoying games (including everyone's favorite, Bingo!), and spending quality time together.

We were also thrilled to welcome back Jon and his therapy dog, Moxi, whose visits always bring so many smiles. 🐶

Grace shared her musical talents by singing and playing her guitar, having the residents name the tune and singer.

To top it all off, we wrapped up the week with a relaxing nail day, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and pampered!

It's weeks like these that remind us how important meaningful activities, music, companionship, and laughter are in creating special moments for our residents. We can't wait to see what next week has in store! 😊

We were delighted to welcome another wonderful therapy dog to Oak Hill RHC! 🐾💙

A big thank you to Jon and Marla from Amedisys Hospice for stopping by to spend time with our residents.

Marla is Moxi's sister, another one of our favorite therapy dogs, and she brought plenty of smiles, comfort, and tail wags during her visit.

We always look forward to seeing our furry friends and can't wait to welcome them back! 😊
