Ange has been teaching Yoga for a lovely group of ladies at the Bethlen Wellness Center in Ligonier for many years. Today Ian showed up in spirit! A facial image right in front of her on the floor where her focus has been for many years, but this appeared today!

This Mindful Functional Movement class is open to all levels and focuses on mobility, flexibility, balance, and strength for your body and mind!
