If you are concerned about the proposed changes to the Pennsylvania Department of Health Communicable & Noncomunicable Diseases, you have until 9/21 (tomorrow) to make your voice heard.

It is a proposed 502-page update to the state's disease regulations (Rulemaking #10-242) & has drawn intense pushback from lawmakers and critics warning of government overreach.

I see this as a serious potential government overreach and pandemic-era restrictions. The Covid 19 PA government overreach had disastrous effects on our citizens and businesses throughout the commonwealth. This expands the Dept.'s authority and is an overreach of the constitutional rights of citizens of PA.

What a difference!

Quite excited to share my personal progress using my new Heart, Brain and Nervous System Optimization Tools. Small, consistent steps can make a meaningful difference!

My "BRAIN POWER" score from the HeartQuest Scan improved from 37 (very low) on 6/12 to 53 (decreased) to102 (optimal) on 9/9...only a 3 month time period.
