We want to extend our appreciation to all of the potential vendors who took the time to submit a proposal for our website redesign project. This RFP is now closed 🚧

We are humbled and excited to announce that we received 15 highly-competitive bids from individuals and agencies who are interested in becoming our partners in this project. We have an enormous task in front of us to choose which of these qualified applicants will help take ICHD into the future, and we are so excited to see where it goes!

Stay tuned, big things are happening at ICHD 🙌

ICHD is proud to announce that Madysen Boydston has joined our team! Madysen will be providing care in the schools in our area this fall! Welcome, Madysen!

Madysen Boydston, LMSW, earned her Master of Social Work degree in May 2026 and obtained her Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) credential shortly thereafter. While a recent graduate, she has developed a diverse foundation of clinical experience through multiple social work internships across a variety of settings, including hospital-based services, private practice, and community health clinics that integrate behavioral health and therapy services.
Madysen has experience providing individual therapy to college-aged students, supporting clients through challenges related to mental health, life transitions, stress management, and personal growth. She also brings experience from the Department for Children and Families (DCF), where she developed skills in case management, advocacy, multidisciplinary collaboration, and working with children and families facing complex social and environmental stressors.
Her professional approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, client-centered care, and a strong commitment to empowering individuals and families. Madysen is passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change while fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship.

ICHD is growing, and we are looking for people who care about this region.
Thanks to a new $1.7 million state grant, we are launching the Kansas Frontier Behavioral Health Integration Collaborative, a partnership with hospitals across Clark, Comanche, Edwards, and Kiowa counties to bring better connected, more accessible care to our communities.
We are hiring now for a Project Manager, a Care Coordination Lead, a Crisis Case Manager, and two Community Health Worker positions. These are full time jobs with good pay, meaningful work, and a chance to make a real difference for your neighbors right here in Southwest Kansas.
We are also hiring for Peer Support in our CSS program!
More positions are coming soon.
Interested or know someone who might be? Visit www.irqcenter.com or reach out to us directly. ICHD is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
