Located in Greenville, Kentucky, Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 62-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes

management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

A New Kind of Furry Friend Has Arrived at Greenville! 🐾💙

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Furry Friend Program! Thanks to a generous grant, our community received 11 robotic cats and 11 robotic dogs, and they’re already stealing hearts! 🐱🐶

These lifelike companions respond to motion and sound with realistic purrs, heartbeats, meows, and barks, creating an interactive experience that brings the joy of pet companionship right to our community.

Whether it’s a comforting cuddle, a cheerful bark, or simply having a furry friend nearby, these robotic pets offer companionship, entertainment, and meaningful moments throughout the day. We are so excited to welcome our newest four-legged friends and can’t wait to see all the smiles they bring to our community!

We’ve been soaking up every moment of our celebration—from sipping on refreshing watermelon treats and dirty sodas 🍉🥤 to welcoming some special four-legged guests with visits from goats and chickens!

Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation is proud to share Ms. Gladys Hayward’s inspiring Success Story!

Ms. Gladys came to Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation focused on recovery and returning to the independent lifestyle she enjoyed before her injury. Upon arrival, she needed additional support with mobility and her activities of daily living, but she was determined to regain her strength and confidence.

Working closely with our dedicated therapy team five days a week, Ms. Gladys embraced every challenge and made remarkable progress. Through her hard work and perseverance, she improved her strength, enhanced her balance, and steadily increased her independence. By the time of her discharge, she was safely navigating her mobility with minimal supervision and independently managing her daily routines.

Beyond her success in therapy, Ms. Gladys became a cherished part of our community. She enjoyed participating in facility activities, spending time with fellow residents, and bringing her bright spirit wherever she went.

Today, we are thrilled to celebrate Ms. Gladys as she returns home stronger, more confident, and ready for her next chapter. Congratulations to Ms. Gladys and her amazing care team on this wonderful achievement! 💙
