Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation We provide a warm, welcoming environment and highly individualized skilled nursing care. Our Care Team is specially-trained to work with seniors.

Located in Greenville, Kentucky, Greenville Nursing & Rehabilitation offers compassionate 24-hour Skilled Nursing care in our 62-bed facility. We listen, we understand, and develop personal therapy and care programs designed to maximize your abilities and life. This includes assisting with daily living activities and skills, such as balance training, medication management, IV therapy, and diabetes

management. Should you need support services, know that we can arrange everything from mental health consultations to x-rays, lab work to podiatry services, as well as private home and hospice care.

We had a great time hitting the links at the Owensboro Health-sponsored golf tournament at Central City Country Club! ⛳️💙

Representing our team on the course were Mike Eaves (MDS), MaKaela Edge (BOM), Miriam Patterson (HR), and Leslie Gaines (ADON), while Kristen Smith (DOMA), helped man our table and connect with fellow community members.

In celebration of National Senior Citizens Day yesterday, our residents shared their best advice for kids heading back to school. Different generation. Different experiences. Timeless lessons! We think the next generation is pretty lucky to have this wisdom passed down to them!

A New Kind of Furry Friend Has Arrived at Greenville! 🐾💙

We’re thrilled to introduce our new Furry Friend Program! Thanks to a generous grant, our community received 11 robotic cats and 11 robotic dogs, and they’re already stealing hearts! 🐱🐶

These lifelike companions respond to motion and sound with realistic purrs, heartbeats, meows, and barks, creating an interactive experience that brings the joy of pet companionship right to our community.

Whether it’s a comforting cuddle, a cheerful bark, or simply having a furry friend nearby, these robotic pets offer companionship, entertainment, and meaningful moments throughout the day. We are so excited to welcome our newest four-legged friends and can’t wait to see all the smiles they bring to our community!

We’ve been soaking up every moment of our celebration—from sipping on refreshing watermelon treats and dirty sodas 🍉🥤 to welcoming some special four-legged guests with visits from goats and chickens!
