✨ Week 3 KLOW Check-In ✨

A little back story…

I’ve struggled with chronic back pain for over 10 years due to a herniated disc and several bulging discs. My back “goes out” a few times a year, leaving me stuck in painful muscle spasms.

Over the years I’ve tried:
✔ Multiple doctors
✔ Physical therapy and chiropractors
✔ Daily exercise

I was eventually recommended steroid injections and surgery… but I just wasn’t ready for that step.

I started KLOW 3 weeks ago, and I can honestly say my back pain is already about 30–40% better. 💙

40’s hit differently! (45 to be exact)
