Y'all!!!! About this weekend… 

How to put it in to words, man oh man 🙌🏼

It was incredible and truly an honor to lead such an amazing group of souls and hold space for them to just be, beyond the masks and facades.

From the moment the first person arrived, the energy expanded. People from different age groups, backgrounds and lifestyles came together to share stories and truths, made connections, explored, released, embraced, played with the elements, made the most AMAZING food....

Before I go any further, I have to mention how blessed I am and how God works through people because how in the world did a friend decide they were going to cater our harvest table potluck 😭. They brought steak, onions and mushrooms, homemade garlic, bread, spicy coleslaw, kale salad with honey, mustard, drizzle, and homemade strawberry cream cheese... 🙌🏼 not to mention the other fantastic food that each attendee brought.

Back to the story, all of us kayaked to a private island to meditate, explore, and really connect with the land and ourselves.

We held a sacred fire burning ceremony to release everything that no longer serves us and set intentions under the new moon. It was perfect and everyone got what they needed out of the day.

My heart is overflowing and I'm already planning the next one. Enjoy a few pics from this epic weekend.
