“As a former oncology nurse for 20 years in Florida, we referred patients to hospice all the time. Back then, I viewed hospice as simply a place where patients went at the end of life.

Once I began working in hospice in South Carolina, my eyes were opened and my perspective completely changed for the better.

I can’t stress enough how much hospice helps not only the patient, but especially the family. The grief support is phenomenal, and the 24/7 availability provides a level of peace of mind that is truly immeasurable.”
