Cancellation Policy 🤍
This has been a little heavy on my heart to share, but I feel it’s important to communicate this with my clients. Recently, I’ve had several last-minute cancellations that have made it difficult to fill those appointment times, resulting in lost income for my small business.
I completely understand that life happens and that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. I truly do my best to be understanding and compassionate when unexpected situations come up. However, as a small business owner, I also have to protect my time and income in order to continue providing the quality care and services I’m passionate about.
Because of this, I will be enforcing my 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled with 24 hours or less notice will be subject to the full appointment fee. This payment is non-refundable, even if you choose to rebook your appointment.
I appreciate each and every one of my clients and your continued support of my small business. 🤍 This policy isn’t meant to be harsh—it simply helps ensure that my time is respected and that I’m able to continue doing what I love.
