Ms. Smith came to us seven months ago with severe back pain. Her goals were to get back to dancing and cruising (with her amazing sisters)! Goal 1 ✅ Goal 2 planned for 2027!

Her back pain is not completely gone but much improved and along the way she has lost over 50 lbs 🥰!

She is now focused on working with our amazing functional training partners at Snap Fitness Greenville 24/7 for the next three months to strengthen her back and core!
