, and immerse myself into different cultures all over the world. During this time, I began training Mixed Martial Arts and practicing meditation. It became an obsession, leading me to train with some of the best coaches and fighters in Martial Arts. After a knee injury, I began studying and integrating primal movements and movement philosophies into my daily life. I cured muscle imbalances, and improved my mental instabilities.
