Two weeks ago, on July 1 in the wee hours of the morning , our beloved team member, Rachel, and her husband Joey welcomed their precious baby girl, and our hearts couldn't be happier for their little family 💛

These days they're soaking up all the beautiful, sleep-deprived, coffee-fueled, love-filled moments that come with becoming new parents. We couldn't be more excited for them as they settle into this new season together.

We already miss Rachel, but we can't wait to welcome her back when the time is right...along with our tiniest Nourish team member 👶

Join us in congratulating Rachel and Joey as they enjoy these precious newborn days. We're so happy for your sweet family! 💕

A little behind the scenes at Nourish... 🍼

Spent the morning restocking our loaner Spectra pumps with fresh new parts so they're ready whenever a family needs one.

One of the things included in Nourish care is a complimentary 2-week hospital-grade Spectra pump loan when it's needed. Our goal is simple: if feeding takes an unexpected turn, that's one less thing for families to worry about.

Hopefully they stay on the shelf...but if they're needed, they're clean, packed, and ready to go. 🤍

Just another day in the life at Nourish. 💛

I was sitting with mom, chatting through a feeding plan, when this little guy started getting a little antsy in her lap.

So... tummy time it was.

Within seconds, all smiles 😁

One of the things we love most about our visits is getting to know babies outside of just feeding. We watch how they move, how they settle, what positions they enjoy (or do not enjoy) , and all the little things that help us understand them. 

Sometimes the best conversations happen while a baby happily hangs out on the floor. 💛

So grateful for this incredible group of IBCLCs I get to work alongside every day, and for the many IBCLCs I’ve had the pleasure of working with and learning from along the way.

This work is equal parts science, intuition, teamwork, and heart. I’m endlessly inspired by the dedication, wisdom, and compassion that IBCLCs bring to families every day.
