🌿 Welcome, Eliza! 🌿

I’m so excited to welcome Eliza, our new Master’s-level clinical intern, to the practice! She starts today! 🤍

As part of her graduate clinical training, Eliza will be providing therapy under supervision and is accepting new clients who are looking for compassionate, supportive, and highly affordable mental health care!

If you have been considering therapy or unable to afford services, this is a low risk and low cost yet high reward and transformative emotional investment!

✨ Very low-cost sessions + a significant sliding fee scale
✨ Anxiety & depression
✨ OCD
✨ Trauma & life transitions
✨ Relationship concerns
✨ Self-esteem & personal growth
✨ Stress, overwhelm & coping
✨ And more

We know that quality mental health care can feel financially out of reach, and one of the goals of bringing an intern into the practice is to create greater access to meaningful, high-quality therapy at a much lower cost.

Eliza is warm, thoughtful, and eager to support clients as they navigate challenges and work toward feeling more like themselves again. 💛

If you or someone you know has been wanting to start therapy but cost has been a barrier, Eliza may be a wonderful fit.

📩 Message the practice for more information about availability, fees, and getting started.

Please join me in welcoming Eliza to the practice! 🌸

There is so much we are continuing to learn about women’s mental health, and so much more we still need to understand!!!

I feel extremely grateful to have extended my training by completing the PESI’s Women’s Mental Health Certificate—which expanded and deepened my knowledge in postpartum concerns, maternal mental health, perinatal mental illness, infant loss, PCOS, ADHD, and intimate partner violence.

We have to see the whole woman, not just the diagnosis or symptoms. My hope is to continue providing tailored care while also recognizing the complexity of women’s mental health across every stage of life!!! 💜

An exciting new addition to Riner Counseling coming in August!!

Meet Eliza Chepul, a second-year Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Clemson University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Counselor Education.

Previously, she worked with children and adolescents using play therapy techniques, and is very excited to broaden her clinical experience by working with adult clients this year. Eliza is particularly interested in supporting young women experiencing anxiety disorders, relationship struggles, OCD, and helping clients navigate their mental health journey in general.

In her free time, Eliza loves attending concerts to see her favorite bands and going for long walks on the Swamp Rabbit Trail!

She will be seeing clients on a sliding scale and is ready to take appointments now! Share with friends and message or call to make an appointment!
