Today we celebrate 10 years of providing Home Health services to our community!

From day one, our goal has always been to provide exceptional, compassionate care to the people in our community, right where they feel most comfortable: at home.

Reaching this milestone would not have been possible without the amazing team behind us, the referral partners who continue to trust us, and most importantly, the patients and families who allow us to be part of their journey.

Yesterday we had the opportunity to celebrate our incredible Family First team with a pop up lunch in honor of being voted Best Home Health & Hospice in Hunt County!

While our name may be on the award, this recognition belongs to the amazing people behind it. Our Home Health and Hospice teams show up every day with compassion, dedication, and a genuine heart for the patients and families we are blessed to serve.

We are incredibly grateful for each and every member of our Family First family. Your hard work, your heart, and the way you care for our community are what make Family First so special.

💙 This Is Hospice.

Hospice isn’t meant to be scary. It’s about making the most of the time we have and focusing on what matters most.

Our patient was able to travel comfortably to West Texas to celebrate her great-nephew’s birthday, creating another special memory with the people she loves.

Hospice is about comfort, dignity, and quality of life. It’s about helping patients continue to experience the moments that matter most, surrounded by the people they love.
