We're committed to providing geriatric patients with exceptional care through physical and occupational therapy and dedicated nursing and home aid.

A family-owned agency, Family First Home Health provides nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy, medical social worker, bath aide. as well as non-skilled provider services to geriatric patients in Greenville and 23 surrounding counties. Our agency specializes in assisting patients recovering from injuries, joint replacement surgery, managing chronic illnesses like Diabetes, CHF AND CO

PD or patients requiring additional aid to perform daily tasks. Each of our patients' circumstances is unique, and we're committed to giving them the individual care they need to live comfortably. From injury rehabilitation to long-term nursing and home care, our caregivers will always put our patients' needs first.
