Today, we proudly celebrate Staff Appreciation Day as part of National Health Center Week! 💙

Every day, our incredible team works tirelessly to provide compassionate, quality care and support to our patients and community. From our providers and nurses to our front desk staff, interpreters, care teams, administrative staff, facilities, and everyone in between - each person plays an essential role in fulfilling our mission.

New Horizon Family Health Services is pleased to welcome our newest provider, Gabriel Roberts, PA!

Originally from Albertville, Alabama, Gabriel moved to South Carolina twelve years ago to attend The Medical University of South Carolina. He went on to complete his clinical training at facilities in the Columbia area, as well as Myrtle Beach and the Upstate.

Gabriel began his medical career in general surgery but soon discovered a passion for community health. He values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients, witness the long-term impact of their care, and help them achieve healthier lives through preventive care and chronic disease management. For Gabriel, one of the most rewarding aspects of practicing medicine is caring for entire families and becoming a trusted partner in their healthcare journey.

When he’s not caring for patients, Gabriel enjoys backpacking and recently hiked Zion Canyon in Utah and Angel Peak in Nevada. He also enjoys gaming and spending time with his wife and their two cats, Boba and Kiki.
