Your favorite spring walking shoes might look fresh out of the box, but do they still have your back (and your feet)? 👟

It’s Foot Health Awareness Month, and we want to let you in on a little secret: shoes have a “hidden” expiration date. Even if they aren’t covered in mud, the internal support can break down over time, leading to unnecessary aches and pains.

Not sure if it’s time for a new pair? Here are 3 quick signs to look for:
1. Uneven wear on the sole.
2. The "Tilt Test": Place them on a flat surface: do they lean to one side?
3. New aches in your feet, shins, or knees after a walk.
