We're honored to announce a new partnership with Mel Trotter Ministries that will help expand recovery support right here in our community.

When you donate clothing, furniture, or household items to Mel Trotter Ministries Thrift Stores , you're doing more than clearing out your home. You're helping provide opportunities for people rebuilding their lives. Those donations can help someone find professional clothing for a job interview, furnish a new apartment after securing housing, or access other essentials as they begin a new chapter in recovery.

Even better, a portion of financial donations made to Mel Trotter Ministries directly supports the work of Samaritan Way, helping us continue to provide recovery coaching, peer support, resources, and hope to those who need it most.

Founded in 2024, Samaritan Way is a peer-led Recovery Community Organization (RCO) committed to empowering individuals and families affected by addiction. We provide a safe, welcoming space where those in recovery can access personalized support, community connection, and essential resources for long-term success.

What makes us unique is our focus on lived experience. Every staff member and volunteer brings their recovery journey to the table, offering a depth of understanding and compassion unmatched by traditional recovery facilities.
