Did you know Family Health has a Community Cupboard? 🥫🍝
The Family Health Cupboard provides food items for individuals and families in our community who may need a little extra support. The cupboard is stocked through the generosity of Family Health staff and community members, and every donation helps us keep this resource available for our neighbors.

Interested in donating? ⬇ See comments for the most needed items!
Food donations can be placed directly in the Family Health Cupboard or dropped off at any Family Health front office suite.
Prefer to give another way? Monetary donations are also accepted online. Visit our donation page, select “Community Fund,” and note that your donation is for the “Food Drive.” https://familyhealthservices.org/donate/payment/

Every can, box, jar, and dollar helps make it possible for a neighbor to put an easy meal on the table.

Want to support the cause? Please share this post with your family and friends to help us spread the word!

Please take what you need. Give what you can. 💚

🌱 Healthy habits help children grow strong from the roots up. 💚

September is National Childhood Obesity Month, a time to focus on the healthy habits that support children as they grow.

Encouraging balanced nutrition, regular movement, and healthy routines can help children build a strong foundation for lifelong wellness. Small, positive changes today can help nurture healthy growth for years to come.

🌿 When we support healthy habits early, we help our children grow, thrive, and branch out into their brightest futures.

🌱 Strong roots help us stay grounded—even when unexpected storms come our way. 🏠

September is National Preparedness Month!

Being prepared can make all the difference when an emergency happens. Taking simple steps now—like creating an emergency plan, building a supply kit, and staying informed—can help you and your loved ones feel more confident and ready for whatever comes your way.

🌿 A little preparation today can help build a stronger, more resilient community tomorrow.

Your Care Connection begins September 1. 🌿
At Family Health, we believe the best care happens when your care team works together. This program helps keep your primary care team connected with services like dental, vision, behavioral health, nutrition, and speech therapy — so you receive more coordinated, high-quality care.

If you’ve had a wellness, chronic-care, or medication-management visit with your Family Health primary care team within the past two years, your services continue as usual. If not, we’re here to help you reconnect.
