You can almost always find her walking the halls, visiting with friends, or chatting with our staff and fellow residents. 🥰

Her joyful personality and warm spirit make her such a special part of our facility. We are so grateful to have her with us and love seeing her bring positivity wherever she goes! 💗✨

Building Skills, Strengthening Care 💙

Today, our team came together for a Skills Fair designed to refresh knowledge, build confidence, and strengthen the skills we use every day to provide exceptional care to our residents!

From hands-on learning to important conversations about resident care, safety, communication, dignity, and more, each station was thoughtfully prepared to give our staff an opportunity to learn, participate, and grow. 🩺📚

We are so proud of our team for continuing to invest in themselves and in the quality of care they provide. Great care starts with a great team—and we’re grateful for ours! 💙

This week, we are shining the spotlight on **Morgan, one of our amazing Physical Therapists!** 💙

Morgan has a special way of connecting with our residents and encouraging them to keep moving forward, even on the days when finding the motivation can be a challenge. She is patient, compassionate, and always willing to provide that extra encouragement and assistance our residents need to reach their goals. 💪✨

Her dedication to our residents goes beyond therapy—she takes the time to build relationships, celebrate progress, and remind our residents that every step forward matters.

This week, we’re thrilled to recognize Bella as our Employee Spotlight of the Week!

For an incredible 30 years, Bella has been a dedicated member of our team, serving in many different roles throughout the years. No matter where she’s needed, she always steps up with a smile, a helping hand, and a heart full of compassion.

Bella has a special way of connecting with our residents, treating each one with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Her dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help others make her an invaluable part of our facility and someone her coworkers and residents can always count on.

Thirty years of service is an amazing milestone, and we’re so grateful for everything Bella has done—and continues to do—for our residents, their families, and our team.

🌱 From garden to table! 🥒💚

There’s nothing more rewarding than watching something you’ve planted grow. Our residents have been hard at work tending to our facility garden, and today they’re celebrating the harvest! Fresh squash and zucchini are just a few of the delicious vegetables they’ve grown with love and care.

Gardening provides so many benefits—from staying active and enjoying the outdoors to creating meaningful moments and a sense of accomplishment. We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work and green thumbs!
