What. A. Weekend.
As a newbie to I had no idea what to expect and wow, it completely exceeded every expectation! From the incredible organizers to the talented crafters and artists (especially my neighbors they were amazing🫶🏽) I felt so welcomed and inspired.
Plus this was also my first time visiting Asheville so I squeezed in a little exploring and it’s such a whimsical, charming town!

To everyone who stopped by my booth, whether to say hello, sample an essential, or take home some goodies, THANK YOU! Every conversation, every smile, every purchase, and every kind word, truly filled my cup more than you know!

These are the herbs, veggies & fruit that are carrying me through this week!

My body…especially my gut, has been asking for extra support lately. Between traveling, working, managing day-to-day responsibilities, stress, and everything else that comes with being human, my routine and diet haven’t been as consistent as they usually are. But I knew exactly where to turn: my herbal cabinet.

These herbs and fruits are some of my favorites for supporting digestion and nourishing the body. Just remember that detoxification and cleansing also play an important role in helping your body function at it’s best. That’s a conversation for another day but it’s one worth having. (I’m reminding both you and myself)

Add these to your smoothies, teas, soups, and meals. Infuse them with coconut water, lime, a pinch of Celtic sea salt, raw honey, or agave. Cook with them, bake with them, and find simple ways to make them part of your everyday life.
More than anything, build a relationship with them. Grow them if you can. Forage responsibly where it’s safe. Sit with them, appreciate them, and reconnect with the abundance that’s always been here 🌼
