Come cheer on our local first responders as Greenville City Fire Department and Greenville City Police Department face off in the annual Heroes Softball Game benefiting Shriners Children’s Greenville!

Join us Sunday, August 30, at Fluor Field for a full afternoon of fun:

1 p.m. – Heroes Alley at District 356 featuring emergency vehicles, inflatables, music, games and more
2 p.m. – Ballpark gates open, followed by a first responder vehicle parade and Special Forces Parachute Team performance
3:05 p.m. – The Greenville Drive game begins
Following the game – Heroes Softball Game 🚒 vs 🚓

On Monday, we honored the life and legacy of Oleda Baker DiMeola with the dedication of the Oleda Recreation and Art Room.

An accomplished model, artist and author, Oleda inspired others through her creativity and passion. This newly dedicated space reflects that same spirit, offering art, play and moments of connection that bring comfort and joy to the children and families we serve.

We are grateful to David and Sharon Leiman and the Leiman Asterisk Foundation for their generous gift in memory of their dear friend, Oleda. Their generosity will support essential Child Life services at Shriners Children’s Greenville.

Cue the sleigh bells. Christmas in July arrived at Shriners Children’s Greenville today! 🎄☀️

The Greenville Police Department and Greenville City Fire Department rolled in with wagons full of toys, stickers and fire hats, bringing holiday cheer to our patients and their families.

We are incredibly grateful to our local first responders for their generosity!

Add professional baseball player to the list of amazing jobs held by Shriners Children’s alumni! Drafted to play in the Women’s Pro Baseball League, former patient Brittany joins the roster of the Los Angeles Queens. The first women’s baseball league in over 70 years in the United States, which also includes teams representing Boston, New York and San Francisco, kicks off play on August 1 at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois. Join us in cheering for Brittany ⚾️💥

At just 6 years old, Tradd Hodge started Giving Day, a holiday he created with one simple goal: to bring joy to children in hospitals. Ten years later, Giving Day has become a cherished tradition for our staff, patients and families.
