1️⃣ Urinary urgency & leaking — that "gotta go NOW" feeling, or leaking when you laugh/sneeze/exercise- is incredibly common but not something you have to just live with. There are real treatments.

2️⃣ Prolapse — that feeling of heaviness or "something falling out" down there. Also way more common than people realize, and totally manageable once it's addressed.

3️⃣ F***l incontinence — the one nobody wants to say out loud, but so many women deal with it silently. You're not alone, and it's treatable too.
