As Seniors continue to age, social isolation often occurs. This can lead to depression. As a Person living with Dementia, isolation can only hasten the challenges during this journey . Group singing can be a great antidote for lessening depression. Scientifically proven by my wonderful colleagues at Institute for Music and Neurological Functioning in Mt. Vernon, New York.
