Have you ever felt like you couldn’t be fully honest or transparent with yourself, others, or even God about the circumstances or trails you’ve faced?

My newest video below is me being fully transparent of how incredibly hard the journey of my health has been. In order to get to the other side to heal parts of our heart and mind we have to be willing to be honest even with the things we want to keep hidden. I hope this inspires you to take courageous steps to be fully transparent and honest on your journey with others, God, and yourself! It’s worth it!

Trusting others is risky, but if you don’t step out to attempt to trust others you won’t have deep authentic relationships.

If you step out to start trusting others you will find connection with others even if there is hurt/rejection along the way.

If you don’t step out to trust others you guarantee that you won’t experience true meaningful connection.
