GOT SHIN SPLINT? My son Keegan, a raising freshman at Cherry Creek High School has put on 40 pounds of muscle in the off season. All fine and dandy; however, the added weight has put a tremendous pressure on his growing ligaments, tendons, and soft tissues. As such, he has experienced extremely painful shin splints recently. Check this Out! While we have celebrated Kaleb’s accomplishments athletically, e.g., breaking the squat record at Creek, it is his Academic record that speaks volumes. Dr Ps oldest son has maintained higher than a 3.5 GPA despite transferring from Mullen to Creek mid-semester. Kaleb often wakes at 4:00 am on his own to study and get his academic work done. Kaleb we are so proud of your accomplishments; not just athletic, but academic as well! U Rock Lock!! ❤️❤️❤️

Check this out! Davis Provost is ranked fourth in the nation for attack players in his class. Davis has worked with Dr. P at ThinkOne for the past 2 years. Congratulations to Brittany Ryan and her team for winning a World Championship in the International Non-Tumbling Level 6 Open Division! According to Brittany, “I couldn’t have made my dreams come true without all those years working with you, Dr. P, You’re the best!” Brittany has worked with Dr. P sharpening her mental skills in cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics for over 5 years. This is an example of how an athlete, regardless of level, can make their dreams come true and become reality. Again, congratulations Brittany- welcome to the club of being a World Champion!
