This patient was just 17 years old when she underwent a rhinoplasty and bilateral otoplasty. Now 21, she returned four years laterโand her long-term results remain beautifully balanced and natural.
She wanted to refine the appearance of her nose while also bringing her ears into better proportion with the rest of her face. With her rhinoplasty, I reduced the prominence of the nasal bridge and refined the nasal shape to create a softer profile that better complements her features.
Her otoplasty repositioned the ears closer to the head, improving symmetry and allowing them to blend more naturally into her overall appearance from the front, side and back.
