One of our Caregivers sent this sweet picture of her client after helping him get online for his classes.

Notice that he has both his Calico Caregiver and his cat caregiver.

Calico accepts clients of all ages and all abilities! We are a Medicaid waiver provider and cover 11 counties from Weld to Elbert.

Pinnacol Assurance Provider Fair was so much fun!

We had a great event at Pinnacol today sharing our services with their teams!

We catered Hida Japanese Sizzling Skillets vegan/vegetarian sushi which made our table VERY popular!

As part of our trip to Philadelphia this week, Disability Pride Month, and in honor of the anniversary of the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act meet Justin Dart, Jr and Jennifer Keelan.

Justin Dart Jr speerheaded the passing of the ADA July 26, 1990! It is because of his efforts that individuals with disabilities have access to so many things, including bathrooms and all public spaces!

Jennifer Keelan was the youngest protestor at the Congress Crawl July 25th, 1990.

Sometimes it may feel that one person's voice cant make a difference. Let this remind us that one single voice will make a difference, but raising those voices together can make such a huge change.

Calico is proud to support the elderly and disabled in our communities!

Calico is looking for a part time (20 hours or so) Care Coordinator to join our team!

Duties would include:
- Relationship building with Caregivers and Clients
- In person intake and ongoing visits
- Creating Plans of Care
- Creating and upkeep of the schedule
- Some hiring responsibilities
- Supervisory visits
- Filling in for last minute call offs
- Other duties as needed

Starting pay range: $23-$25/hr
