Since 2010 I have always been one that loved going to the gym with the goal of having a picture perfect body and abs to go along with it. Fast forward to 2022 and the gym was just another to do thing on my weekly check list. I was going through the motions in the gym, with no energy, and no focus on nutrition. It was not until I started focusing on what I was putting in my body that my energy started coming back and my body started to respond to what I was feeding it. I have not only lost weight but I have gained lean muscle as well. The nutrition is where it’s at.
