Since 2010 I have always been one that loved going to the gym with the goal of having a picture perfect body and abs to go along with it. Fast forward to 2022 and the gym was just another to do thing on my weekly check list. I was going through the motions in the gym, with no energy, and no focus on nutrition. It was not until I started focusing on what I was putting in my body that my energy started coming back and my body started to respond to what I was feeding it. I have not only lost weight but I have gained lean muscle as well. The nutrition is where it’s at.

“Before starting with Heather at Flex I was doing lots of cardio, minimal weight training, and restrictive dieting: this was me, for years. But, I never got the results I was looking for. I was chasing a toned/lean body, and just wanted to feel good and healthy. But, it never worked, and I felt like crap. Once joining Flex, I went ALL IN with the Gym and Nutrition plan. The best physique I have ever had happened in 6 months. Now (years later), I’ve made weight training and following a nutrition plan (eating more than I ever have) a lifestyle. Before starting Flex fitness and nutrition with Heather, working out was not really in my vocabulary prior to now. I would talk about getting started, even making a plan to start, but wouldn’t. I was exhausted, moody, & struggling to

waterski at the level I am accustomed to.

I began lifting heavy, lifting often, eating right and most important eating clean! Thrilled to have made new friendships and made existing ones better! Flex isn’t just another gym, it’s a family with one mindset to make you the best person you can be!

Fast forward 60 days (& kept it up for years now) and you see a happy,

healthy, relaxed person who is back to skiing at a competitive level!
