If you’re pregnant and hoping to see me after baby arrives, I strongly recommend reaching out and booking now to secure your spot on my calendar! 🤍
I’ve recently had to refer a few of my previous mamas out because they waited until after baby arrived, and unfortunately, I’m not able to fit them into my schedule this week or next. I hate that because I love them all dearly!!

I’m SO happy to see more moms recognizing the value of prenatal support and taking an active role in preparing for their postpartum journey! 💕 Securing your support early means you can have peace of mind knowing you already have visits reserved on the calendar.

So, if you’re currently pregnant and thinking about having me support you after baby arrives, reach out today to get on my calendar! 👶🏼✨

I’d love to support you and your growing family! 🤍

What's your favorite breastfeeding or mom phrase????

08/10/2026

Unpopular opinion....please stop using a milk collector!
And better yet, don't ever start! Using with suction is worst, but even as a collector with no suction can be damaging and you don't even know it's causing your issues.
In fact, it can cause more negative effects than good.
Yes, for some it can be a way to collect just a bit of milk leaking, but for majority of mothers, it can cause a plethora of issues!
So, when should you use one?
Only when working with a skilled IBCLC who helps determine if it's
A. Right for you
B. How to use it best for you
C. When it's best to use for you
D. Which kind is best for you

But I'm going to tell you as a private practice IBCLC, it's probably one of my most hated devices!!!!!
It's contributes to problems such as pain, swelling, oversupply, slow wt gain in baby, choking, reflux, constant cluster feeding and on and on.....it is more challenging to correct those issues and babies often get misdiagnosed with ties, or reflux, or dairy intolerance, and mom gets diagnosed with mastitis, and started on antibiotics more because they started using these and can't stop!!!
So please please please! Don't use one until you work with one of us!

Okay, Carry on!!!!
