Me & one of my running friends are a little obsessed with yellow dragonfruit. If you have any issues at all going to the bathroom eat half of one of these. We have a hard time finding them. Sam’s has them occasionally. 🐲

This weekend I did a quarter marathon race with friends. When it starts getting so hot I struggle so bad. I try to remember in running…. 1. There is always something to learn. 2. Every run makes you stronger. 3. You can do hard things. 4. I’m grateful to have a body that can run. 5. You are making memories. 6. These are special moments with friends!
