We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital team. In this role, you’ll provide quality, patient-centered care while helping patients regain independence and reach their rehabilitation goals. 💙

🏥 What You’ll Do

* 💉 Provide hands-on nursing care and administer medications
* 🩺 Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
* 🤝 Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
* ❤️ Educate and support patients and families throughout the rehabilitation journey
* 📋 Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety and clinical standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

* Current Indiana LPN license in good standing
* Previous healthcare experience, rehab experience a plus
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach

🎉 Annual Summer Picnic & Amputee Support Group! 🌞

This August, we combined our Annual Summer Picnic with our Amputee Support Group for an afternoon of fun, connection, and community!

We had a fantastic turnout, enjoyed some fun games, great food, and plenty of laughs. As always, a wonderful time was had by all! 💙

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Amputee Support Group on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 3–4 PM.
