The Loveland Therapy Fund 🌻 offers financial support for Black women to access therapy, covering all or most of the cost for 12 sessions. I applied and was approved for the scholarship, and it has truly made a difference.

Creating a space where mothers feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for has been one of the greatest joys of this work. To keep offering these gatherings with the consistency and quality families deserve, Postpartum Power Hour will now take place one Saturday each month with a $20 ticket.

What isn’t changing:

✨ Honest conversations about the realities of motherhood

This month, we’re honored to welcome Dr. Hailey B. Smith, PhD, MS, LPC, PMH-C—Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, and founder of Beyond the Concrete Counseling.

Dr. Smith will lead an important conversation around a question so many mothers quietly wrestle with:

“Who am I now that I’m somebody’s mother?”

Drawing from her professional expertise and deeply personal experience, Dr. Smith brings compassion, understanding, and meaningful support to mothers navigating identity, transition, grief, trauma, relationships, and the emotional realities of parenthood.
