Today I'm incredibly excited to share something I've been working on for many months.

✨ The Postpartum Recovery Systems Guide is officially available!

As a Family Nurse Practitioner and IBCLC, I've cared for countless postpartum families who felt like something just wasn't adding up. Many were doing everything they could, yet still struggled with fatigue, slow recovery, stress, or persistent breastfeeding challenges.

Over time, I realized that looking at these concerns through isolated symptoms wasn't always enough. I wanted a framework that helped clinicians step back, recognize patterns, and better understand how postpartum recovery systems interact.

That idea became The Postpartum Recovery Systems Guide.

This first edition includes:
• A practical Recovery Systems Framework
• Recovery Roadmap for clinical assessment
• Recovery system overviews
• Clinical reasoning tools
• Clinical application cases
• Quick-reference resources for practice

My hope is that this resource helps healthcare professionals feel more confident supporting postpartum families and encourages thoughtful, recovery-focused conversations.

Some of the most frustrating postpartum symptoms aren't random. They're patterns.

Fatigue that won't lift.
Milk supply that won't respond.
Brain fog.
Slow healing.
Feeling like your body just isn't bouncing back.

Too often, these are treated as separate problems instead of connected pieces of the same picture.

That's exactly why I created this guide.
