This class is a great way for pregnant mamas to have all their breastfeeding questions answered. Taught by one of our Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC), this course is open to couples, and we encourage partner participation, as they can be a key to success for new moms adjusting to breastfeeding.

Have you been seeing the term PMOS on the internet? You’re probably wondering what that is, and Dr. Thomas is here to chat more about it!

Polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS) has a new name: Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS)! For people already diagnosed with PCOS, this does not change anything! The name change helps providers take a more holistic approach to this diagnosis, rather than focusing only on the ovaries.
