A little about the woman behind Haven Health 🤍🌿
If we haven’t met yet — hi, I’m Jill! And while being a physical therapist and caring for women is a huge part of my life, it’s definitely not the only part of who I am.
I’m a mama, a business owner, a woman of faith, and someone who probably has 14 ideas going through her head at any given moment. 😂
I love creating spaces that feel warm, calm, and welcoming. I’m passionate about asking the why behind things instead of simply accepting “that’s just the way it is.” And whether it’s health, motherhood, faith, or life in general, I’m usually the person asking one more question and digging one layer deeper.
Motherhood has also given me an entirely new appreciation for women’s bodies — how incredibly strong they are, how much we ask of them, and how often women quietly carry things they’ve been told are “normal.”
That’s a huge part of the heart behind Haven Health.
I wanted to create the kind of place where women don’t feel rushed, dismissed, embarrassed, or like they’re just another appointment on the schedule.
A place where you can ask the awkward questions.
Where we look at the whole picture.
Where you feel safe enough to exhale.
And where you leave feeling more confident in your body than when you walked in.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me doing normal mom-life things, dreaming up my next project, learning something new, spending time with the people I love, finding any excuse to get out of cooking and cleaning, and fantasizing about a live-in chef preparing healthy meals that are hot and ready when we get home. 😂
Haven Health is incredibly personal to me because so much of what I want women to experience here reflects what I value in my own life:
🌿 Feeling safe.
🌿 Being heard.
🌿 Understanding the why.
🌿 Getting to the root instead of covering up symptoms.
🌿 And feeling empowered to make informed decisions about your own body.
So if you’ve been following along but we haven’t met yet — I’d love to get to know you, too. 🤍
Tell me something about YOU in the comments — are you a mama, what do you do, or what’s something y
