With a nice weather starting to show up, here’s another stretch for my golfers, and honestly anybody who wants to increase their midback mobility! It just so happens that I use a golf club in this video but you can use a baseball bat, PVC pipe, or even a broom! Perform this 3 to 5 times each side prior to exercise golf or even just day-to-day if you’re sitting at a desk for long period of time!

Golfers! Or anyone honestly. Here is one of my go-to exercises for hip mobility and flexibility! This is also a great quad stretch as well. Simple, yet effective for warm ups and daily mobility!

Feet should width apart, hinge at your hips, bend at your knees, and LIFT! Improper lifting techniques can be a cause of low back pain! Next time just think of and when lifting your boxes 😉
