There are days when the weight feels heavier than I ever imagined.

Co-owning N&N Learning Tree Academy isn’t just about opening the doors each morning. It’s carrying the responsibility of every child who walks through them, every family who trusts us, every employee who depends on us, and every decision that affects the future of our center.

Every expense continues to rise. We have to make difficult decisions, stretch every dollar, and constantly figure out how to provide the very best care while keeping child care as affordable as possible for the families who trust and count us.

Those decisions are never easy.

There are moments of exhaustion. Moments where we wonder if we’re doing enough. Moments where the responsibility feels overwhelming.

But then…

A toddler runs into your arms because they missed you after you were in the hospital for a couple weeks.

A baby gives you the biggest smile when you walk into the infant room because they remember you.

A summer only school age parent give you a handwritten card expressing their gratitude.

Your toddler teacher stays late simply because she cares about the communication between herself and a parent.

And now I’m so thankful that I told my dad I wanted to start a center.

At N&N, we aren’t just watching children while their parents work. We’re helping raise confident, kind, curious little humans. We’re celebrating first steps, first words, potty-training victories, new friendships, and so many milestones that families trust us to be part of.

To our families: thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your greatest treasures. Thank you for supporting us through changes, cheering us on, referring your friends, sending encouraging messages, and reminding us that what we do matters.

The hard days will always come. That’s part of this journey. But so will the moments that remind us exactly why N&N Learning Tree Academy exists.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your family’s story.

🌟 Teacher Spotlight: Miss Madison! 🌟

Today we’re celebrating our wonderful Lead Toddler Teacher, Miss Madison, AKA Miss Madi.

Miss Madi leads our toddler classroom with patience, enthusiasm, and so much love. She understands that toddlers are busy learning, growing, and discovering the world around them, and she creates an environment where they feel safe, encouraged, and excited to explore.

From hands-on learning activities and silly songs to comforting hugs and celebrating new milestones, Miss Madi pours her heart into helping each child build confidence and independence every single day.

We had our State Licensing visit today for our 1-year licensing check, and we are so excited to share that everything went great! 💚

There are just a few routine items I need to add/update in some of our staff files *nothing related to background checks or anything concerning* just paperwork/documentation items to make sure everything is complete and up to date.

With that, N&N Learning Tree Academy will be receiving our 1-year license! 🎉

This is such an exciting milestone for us. We are incredibly proud of how far N&N has come, and we are so thankful for all of our families who continue to trust us with their kiddos each day.

Even after 10 years in childcare, there is still so much to learn & Olivia truly believes that being experienced doesn’t mean you ever stop growing.

Today, Olivia is continuing her education with training focused on special needs, inclusion, and creating an environment where every child feels welcomed and supported.
