Randy has been training with us for over 1 year now .
When he started . He COULD NOT do this .
His rotator cuff was on the cusp of surgery . Until we got the rehab rolling and now look . He did 6 rounds of 15 second dead man hangs .
He can also get up and down off the ground no problem now too . Randy works so hard . We greatly appreciate him and he is an inspiration to us all .

Kingdom Builders Health Club will be closed Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

This is a day we pause not only to enjoy time with family and friends, but to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Their courage, selflessness, and dedication gave us the freedoms we enjoy every day.

We are forever grateful to those who gave their lives in service to our nation. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you to all who have served and especially to those who never made it home.

We will reopen with normal hours following the holiday. Have a safe and blessed Memorial Day weekend!
