We honor the tiny fighters. 🤍

We honor the babies who entered this world sooner than expected.
The babies who fought battles far too big for their tiny bodies.

We honor the parents who learned to love through an incubator, who celebrated every ounce gained, every milestone, every good report.

We honor the NICU nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, and every person who cared for these little lives when their parents couldn’t do it alone.

We honor the families who spent nights beside hospital beds instead of in their own homes. The ones who left the hospital with empty arms, waiting for the day they could finally bring their baby home.

And we honor the NICU babies who are no longer here. Their lives mattered. Their stories matter. Their footprints will forever remain on the hearts of the families (like mine) who loved them. 👼🏼

September is NICU Awareness Month

For every tiny fighter.
For every NICU parent.
For every family who knows the sound of a monitor by heart.

We see you. We honor you. We remember you.🤍

So why do parents bring kids to the chiropractor?

✨ To support healthy immune system
✨ To help their child move, adapt, and develop well
✨ To address tension or asymmetries they’ve noticed
✨ To support developmental milestones
✨ To be proactive instead of waiting for a problem
✨ To give their child’s body the support it needs as they grow

Healthy doesn’t mean “nothing to support.” 🤍

Chiropractic care isn’t just about fixing something that’s “wrong.” For many families, it’s about supporting the body while it’s growing, developing, and adapting.

Healthy kids deserve care, too. 🫶🏼

Did you know a misalignment in your neck can cause a “short leg”? 🤯
It sounds surprising, but your spine functions as a complete kinetic chain. When the top bone in your neck—the Atlas—shifts out of its proper alignment (subluxation), your body automatically tries to keep your eyes level with the horizon.
To compensate for that tilted foundation at the top, the muscles along your spine contract, causing:
• 🔹 A hike in your pelvis (unbalanced hips)
• 🔹 A functional “short leg” on one side
• 🔹 Muscle spasms and lower back strain as your body fights gravity
