Simple doesn’t mean easy. 🔥

This circuit is designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and challenge multiple muscle groups in one efficient workout.

The Circuit:

🏋🏾‍♂️ Barbell Overhead Press — 10 reps
Targets: Shoulders, triceps, upper chest, and core stability

💪🏾 Pendlay Row — 6 reps
Targets: Back, lats, rear delts, traps, biceps, and core

🦵🏾 Jump Lunges — 20 reps
Targets: Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and conditioning

🔥 In & Outs — 10 reps
Targets: Abs, hip flexors, and core control

Complete 3–5 rounds and rest 60–90 seconds between rounds.

The key is control. Don’t just rush through the reps — move with purpose, keep your form tight, and earn every round.
