I just gave myself my 5th or 6th NAD+.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t been a weekly person.
I’m busy. I forget. I remember when I’m already in bed.

I’ve skipped the last few weeks so instead of doing 100mg, I’m going to try 75mg & see if/what side effects I have!
