Jackie’s recovery journey at Avantara Groton is a powerful example of perseverance and progress. 💜

After a fall led to hospitalization and rehabilitation, Jackie remained focused on rebuilding her strength, improving balance, and regaining independence. Through dedicated physical and occupational therapy, she successfully returned home in just 45 days and continues building on her progress through outpatient therapy. Her story highlights the impact of determination, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care.
