INTO-ME-I-SEE Water Breathwork Retreat

📍 Held in a warm saltwater pool at Tiffany’s private Central Ohio home

Step inward and explore the relationship you share with yourself during this deeply restorative and transformational day retreat.

Through trauma-informed water breathwork, nervous system support, and intentional self-exploration, you’ll be invited to soften survival patterns, reconnect with your body, and create space for greater peace, trust, intimacy, and authentic alignment.

💦 The warm saltwater environment gently recreates the womb-like experience, allowing the body and nervous system to feel supported enough for stored emotions, unconscious patterns, and early imprints to safely arise for awareness, processing, and integration.

During this retreat, you’ll explore:
✨ The relationship you have with yourself—the foundation of every other relationship
✨ How womb experiences, birth imprinting, and childhood conditioning may still shape your emotional patterns and nervous system responses
✨ The unconscious beliefs and survival strategies that may be keeping you disconnected from peace, connection, and self-trust

Using snorkel-assisted breathwork in the water, participants will have the opportunity to access deeper emotional layers while feeling held, supported, and guided throughout the experience.
