Hello all –

I am happy to share & announce our NEW program newsletter! To start, the plan is to have this newsletter be quarterly (once per season for winter, spring, summer, and fall). How it will be structured is that we will include some sort of educational topic with a fun challenge related to that topic, any program announcements and updates, a couple of seasonal healthy recipes, and media to review like books and podcasts that we may or may not discuss in our support group sessions.
