They were preparing for a several-thousand-dollar repair.
A dental office we hadn't worked with before noticed they were losing oxygen and contacted their usual equipment service provider. Over the phone, they were told they likely needed a several-thousand-dollar replacement part.
Before moving forward, they called North Star.
We were able to get a technician to the office quickly to take a look. By the time we arrived, their oxygen tanks had emptied, so once the tanks were refilled, we returned to test the system and find out what was actually happening.
The expensive part wasn't the problem.
We found that the flowmeter had been left on and the system needed new check valves. We replaced the valves, tested the system, and got everything functioning as it should again—for considerably less than the repair they had been expecting.
Sometimes good service isn't about replacing the most expensive part. It's about showing up, finding the actual problem, and getting it fixed.
Clear direction for your dental practice.
