Ann Neu, Group Fitness Instructor Certified to teach Group Fitness classes.

Current classes are Monday, Cycling, 11:15-12 pm, Friday, Strength in Motion, 9-9:45 am, and Pilates on Tuesday and Friday at 5:30pm - 6:30pm, at the Groveport Rec Center. I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor (Since 2006), an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist and Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am certified to teach step aerobics, Pilate's, Zumba, Z

umba Toning, Aqua Zumba, Spinning, Vinyasa Yoga, Piloxing Barre, Silver Sneakers and many other group fitness classes. My classes are currently being held at the Groveport Recreation Center, http://www.groveportrec.com/fitness and I teach on a contingent basis at the McConnell Heart Health Center.
