💪 It’s Movement Monday!
Today’s movement: Seated or Standing Rows 🏋️♀️
Rows are a great way to strengthen your upper back and improve shoulder-blade control. Here’s how to get started:
1. Find a resistance band, such as a TheraBand or CLX band, and secure it at chest level in front of you.
2. Position your chair or feet two or more steps away from the starting point of the band. Your exact position may vary depending on the length of your band.
3. Once you’ve found a comfortable starting position, hold one end of the band in each hand with your hands positioned in front of you and your thumbs pointing toward the ceiling.
4. In one smooth, controlled motion, pull your hands back toward your sides while focusing on bringing your shoulder blades together across your upper back.
5. Slowly return to your starting position and repeat.
✨ Remember: Keep the movement controlled and focus on your form rather than speed!
Give it a try and get moving this Monday! 🙌
