This three-part, hands-on series explores how the way we gather, share meals, and practice mindful eating can support overall health and well-being. Each session offers practical, real-life takeaways you can use at home—from building more mindful eating habits to creating welcoming meals for family and friends.

Registration is requested to help prepare for hands-on activities. The first two classes are free, with a $15 registration fee for the final session, which includes a shared meal.

We are over the moon to be a part of such an exceptional community! 🚀🌎✨

We had a blast at the Felix Grundy Festival – Grundy's Greatest Show! A huge thank you to the Felix Grundy Festival committee and all of the volunteers who make this community tradition possible and truly out of this world.
