The before and afters you’ve been waiting for. 👏

Over the last week, I’ve shared this patient’s treatment videos, and today you finally get to see the results.

She originally came in wanting more lip filler, but her lips were already overfilled. Instead of adding more volume, we focused on what would actually make her look better: facial balance.

Her face was strong from left to right, but lacked length and chin projection. By lifting the point of projection of her cheeks and adding length to her chin, we created a more balanced, youthful appearance. I also blended the philtrum to improve the lip shape while we get ready to dissolve her existing lip filler and start fresh.

This is why treatment planning matters. Sometimes the best thing I can do for a patient is say no to what they asked for and recommend what they actually need.
